Henry Weston began cider making at the family farm in Herefordshire, England, back in 1880. He farmed the land and began producing ciders and perries by using fruit grown from his own orchards. Henry passed his cider making skills down through the generations and Westons Cider is still independently-owned and managed by a fourth generation female family member, Helen Thomas.

Being independent allows them to make ciders true to character. This craftsmanship is reflected in the authenticity and quality of what Westons’ produces and the taste you enjoy when you drink one of their ciders.
